This is designed for 911 call-takers and other first responders. The course will train these professionals on the techniques and legal requirements pertaining to missing person reports. The initial report often plays a vital role in rapidly and successfully locating a missing person, from children to adults to seniors and those with special needs. The 911 call-taker often plays a vital role in quickly locating missing people. A variety of legal requirements and tactics exist that every 911 call-taker and first responder should know. This course covers it all.
